Why do so many Christian leaders flame out, even when they’re young? The stories of moral failure or burnout that we hear with heartbreaking regularity are symptomatic of a deeper problem. If you’re stepping into leadership, it’s not uncommon to feel like you don’t know how to connect your work to your life with God in a way that’s healthy, sustainable, and real.

Our goal is for the cohort to help each participant integrate effective leadership and authentic spiritual formation. None of us can be failure-free leaders, but all of us can learn to be faithful leaders by God’s grace. That’s what the cohort is all about.

Discussions are facilitated by Mission Central Team Leader Chris Easley. Chris has led leadership cohorts at Church of the Resurrection and the Chicago Campus Initiative in the past, and integrates theological and educational approaches to make each session count as a catalyst for life and leadership change.
